Attention Bliss Addicts:Mettafied AcroYoga Therapeutics Workshop on April 24th, 2-5pm!
What's all this "metta" about and how can I create more of it, you ask? Find out during this blissful afternoon of giving and receiving Thai Yoga Massage and therapeutic AcroYoga flights. Geared especially for bodyworkers, yoga teachers, and AcroYogis, we will explore ways to incorporate Thai Yoga Massage and AcroYoga techniques into your practice of uplifting others into a heightened state of bliss. We will also address specific situations regarding working safely and effectively with a variety of conditions such as injury or chronic structural imbalances.
If you are currently injured and would like to participate but unable to give, some spaces are available for attending as a recipient only. Please let me know if you are interested in this opportunity.
Prerequisites: Bodyworker, yoga teacher, or experienced AcroYogi. Some experience flying recommended, so that you can more fully enjoy the content presented :)
When: April 24th, 2-5pm.

Cost: $40 if registered by April 18, $50 after.
