Seattle is blessed with many musical yoga events this weekend. Our lovely Gina Sala is signing at Samadhi Yoga, Wade Morisette is in town sharing live music classes and kirtan this weekend at Be Luminous, and my sweet friend Paul Millage is hosting a yoga & sacred sound gathering this evening at Om Culture. Come on out and bathe in the vibrations!

Plus, my wonderful friends Steve and Anne-Emilie Gold will be back in Seattle in June. In April they blessed our community with many wonderful singing gatherings and soulful bhakti flow classes!

Soon I will be sharing more on the amazing, interconnected field of yoga, science, and sound that we delved deeply into during the Pulse Immersion in San Francisco with Shiva Rea last weekend!
