November 20th, 4-6pm:
An in-depth exploration of therapeutics as the foundation of AcroYoga. Specific Thai Yoga Massage sequences will be offered. The playshop is open to anyone interested in deepening their practice, even if new to AcroYoga. $20/discount for Sutra members.
December 4th, 4-6pm:
The focus of this playshop is to provide a foundation in the full spectrum of the AcroYoga practice. We will cultivate core strength in the mandala of the body, learn to apply basic acrobatic principles, and enjoy blissful Thai Yoga Massage sequences. Beginners are welcome and practitioners of all levels will discover something that deepens their practice. $20/discount for Sutra members.
